Fundsgate Signs Distribution Agreement withMillenia Alternative Investments
Lugano, Switzerland, 16 May 2023 - Fundsgate SA, an independent fund selector and distributor based in Switzerland, is proud to announce a new partnership with Millennia SICAV-RAIF (Millennia), an alternative lending specialist dedicated to a world of uncorrelated, diversified and sustainable absolute returns.
Millennia’s first sub-fund aims to promote bank-disintermediating consumer lending strategies to the benefits of investors and borrowers alike. The former benefits from access to an uncorrelated and diversified assets class previously dominated by the credit card and banking sectors, and the latter from the promotion of fair lending practices and responsible borrowing.

Based in Luxembourg, Millennia SICAV RAIF is a fund-umbrella company governed by the EU AIFM Law (AIFM law of 12/07/2003) and the Luxembourg RAIF Law (RAIF Law of 23/07/2016). Its first sub-fund, P2P Lending Fund, launched in November 2018 and focuses on US consumer credit. Since launch, the Fund purchased close to USD 100 million of whole loans from the leading fintech lenders in true sales transactions (protecting against counterparty risk). The strategy revolves around prime and super-prime risk exposure (no subprime lending and no non-performing loans), with short average portfolio duration (less than 2 years) and constant cashflow generation thanks to the loans amortizing feature, that allow for up to 60% portfolio turnaround per year.
